Looking for help with speaking, reading and writing Japanese -

Hi, I'm Chris.
I'm 16, and my native language is English. I speak high school French and a little bit of Japanese. Basically I'm looking for someone who can help me learn Japanese or any other language. The main other languages I want to learn apart from Japanese are Chinese, Romanian, German and Latin. So any help at all would be appreciated.
