You might wanna try Temple University if your arent proficient in Japanese. All of TUJ classes are in english. Its very easy to get accepted to TUJ anybody with a pulse can get in. The only problem with TUJ is the expensive its very expensive to go there.

Some people say they do some say they dont. From what i have heard they have a good undergraduate program. The classes are smaller so you get more attention from the teachers. The only problem is they dont offer many degrees I think they offer about ten. I'm going for Asian Studies myself.
