and can people stop saying gai-jin is a good word its not....Gai-jin means outcast not Foreigner. Daikoku-jin means Foreigner. So for that idiot to thinks being called a Kakoi Gai-jin (Kool Outcast) is a good thing think again(thats like saying your a kool loser -_-). And if you watch the telivision closely they won't call and Foriegners gaijin because its like us calling them nips or ching chongs or wateva other racial slurs you can call asians.

I constantly hear businessmen whisper under their voice to me Kurosu, or Shin-de when they walk past me or sit near me. Which means just die or i would kill you. So yeh and also their economies real shit at the moment so everythings expensive and if your wanting to work here forget it you have to do 7 hour days for like $30 its fucked.

Although if you goto the country side its much better people will actually take you in if you have no money and or accomidation and the women will stalk you pretty much (in a really shy cute way ofcourse) its scary but a good thing i guess.

Also the suicide rate in japan is the second highest in the world because of the amount of stress that most people have to go through to survive in this society so if you don't see many emos roaming around thats why. Also people don't really care if you kill yourself over here their moto is if you want to be a fool then you can be a fool and kill yourself.

If you find a japanese person who speaks another language they're normally the ones who like forieghners if not forget it.
Wow. Just....wow. Dude you're obviously not happy with your life. If you are infact living in Japan (which I doubt), _go home_.

i know the language quite well, i have been living here for a while and working my ass off for chips (if you want proof look at the hundreds of articles about people teaching english here for long hours hard work and little pay and even illegal work practices on foriegners). Don't make personal attacks at me for something you obviously have no idea about. If you get a japanese girlfriend and bother to ask her what most japanese guys think about foriegners thats the answer you will get.

And with the businessmen thing, its usually if im trying to hand out flyers to them or step infront of them on the train. All you fucking jboy fans need to get over your tunnel vision and realize that japans just as disfunctional as the rest of the world. And if you think im a martor this thread is to say the bad things about japan.

There is plenty of shit i like, i was just pointing out the shit i dont like. Get over your egoist logic and open your eyes if your living here. Japan does have problems and these are the ones i have noticed which i don't like.

Funny. The english teachers I knew while working there were _certainly_ not "working their asses off". Instead they all complained sometimes how worthless and unfulfilling their work was. Somehow, I think many of them realised that teaching third-graders to say "hello, how are you" wasn't their dream job (atleast not to do for year after year..).

Anyways, my dad is a regular highschool teacher in three subjects in Sweden, so I'm familiar with the profession. He works _alot_, preparing classes, grading, holding lectures, handling parents.. it's certainly alot of work. While several of the english teachers I met in japan did one thing. Attend the classes and answer questions. I'm not saying it's like this for everyone, but come on. Teaching english in japan is NOT the slave labour you try to make it.

Oh, did I mention some of those english teachers made more money after tax than a "real" teacher does over here? And that's not even counting the extra private lessons the guy I'm talking about gave at weekends.

This IS a thread to point out bad things about Japan. But your first post was just a long rant, which started out saying "theyre really racist over there". Ofcourse there will be people that won't take you seriously.

This post is completely a fabrication. You flubbed up when you said people whisper "Shinde" (Die) to you. The form is grammically correct but when people tell other people to die they say "Shine" not "Shinde".

Nice try though.

billysweird is entitled to his own opinion.

It's interesting how people have different experiences but some have good times and others have bad times.

If someone thinks Japan is a racist country, then let it be that way.

Anyways, how could Japanese men be jealous of foreigners with Japanese g/f??

Jokes are already out and people think foreigners have bad taste in Japanese women...

I agree with you, MMM. It's horseshit. No native speakers would say that.

But then there's no use in talking to this expatriate tommasi guy, either. He rarely says anything good about his motherland. Here's a comment by tommasi from another thread about Shintoism.

You think I enjoy hearing someone talk bad about my country?

And how could you be so sure that no native speakers would say so?

I'm just trying to stay neutral in this case.

Like most Japanese, I don't have to mention what I love about my country.

Don't you know anything about Japanese people?

Also about the Shinto thread, I clearly stated that I made a typo and also I was joking about it as well.
