I want to study abroad in Japan

I want to go to collage and study abroad in Japan, but I don't know where to look or anything.
Also, how much Japanese is needed. I don't know much. I was thinking of taking some Japanese class and learn while I'm there, but I don't know if abroad classes are normally taught in English or Japanese.

same here! I am 16. Also, does anybody know if they give out scholarships for sports?
