the toothpaste thing made me intrigued, so i had to check.
my (most probably) very ordinary, not very expensive toothpaste contains fluoride. フッ素 (ふっそ) or rather it says that it contains fluoride.

could also be called モノフルオロリン酸ナトリウム or monofluorophosphate, which is most probably what it will say on the tube.
