You should. It's manga fan's heaven with all kinds of older manga books that are reasonably-priced! Some of the employees work in cosplay costumes as well. I once took a young American lady there and she literally cried in joy when she found a manga she had been looking for for many years.

After Mandarake, you can go to Dairy Chico on the basement floor for the tallest soft-cream in Japan!

This one isn't even the tallest that they serve!
