To get a job at all over there, you're going to need a work visa before you go over there. To do that, you need to get hired, and to do that, you'll need to put your resume out to the good ol' WWW. Either that, or find out which internatioinal IT coporations are stationed in Japan, and send your resume the old fashioned way out to them exclusively.
How in the world do people reach 1,000+ posts?  Skadoosh.
