I was just thinking and I did see quite a few Muslim girls with a head scarf around Kyoto University.

I don't think, as Nagoyankee you say, are such a rarity in Japan and many countries around the world.

We certainly have a large community of Muslim's in Lakemba, Sydney, NSW.

so i guess finding muslims in the country side is harder than in big cities ( tokyo, kyoto, osaka... etc.)?

because, i might end up in Fukuoka, Kobe or SAITAMA
