JET by a landslide. JET you have a set salary and working hours (I think 35 hours a week) for 300,000 a month. AEON is a private company, and I have heard horror stories of people working 8 hours a day, but with schedules that go from 7 to 9, then 10 to 12 then 2 to 4 then 6 to 8, so they work 8 hours in a day, but sometimes over a 14 hour day with lots of "breaks". That doesn't happen in JET.
