Flat 32 Home finance -

Hi Guys,
Does anyone know about Flat 32 (Home Finance) ? I am about to sign a contract with Bank to get home finance and wondering if Flat 32 is a wise plan to get a mortgage. Please share your thoughts about Flat 32. Your feedback will help me alot. Thanks alot guys. David
