Hi, everyone. My name is Yuri, I'm Chinese but moved to Sydney since the age of 13. I'm currently working for Starwood hotels in sydney. Just recently I've been travelling to Japan and I loved it, now I am thinking to move there to continue enhance my Japanese and work at the same time.

Anyone can give some suggestions? e.g. how's the wages, the work environment, working hours, and etc.
