Hey loveskyliemole,
how are you and your students? I hope everyone is fine... Are you still looking for penpals? I would be very happy to write to you and your students. I'm 20 years old and I'm living in Germany. In October last year I started studying. I love mangas and anime and some sweets I tried a few years ago. I think it was called Daifuku. I'm not sure about the name but it was very tasty! I have never been to Japan but I'm really interested to learn new things about your country. So, I hope to hear from you soon... |

I'm not sure if you know about DD (dollfie and dollfie dream) and collectible anime action figures but, that's what I'M into and like to do the most. (collect anime action figures, and dollfie) Really theres no way to get started, all you do is make a thread or reply to a thread. Like this dude(girl or boy ) made the thing about penfriends!! and that's all!!! Oh, do you think it is cool for a 10 year girl (PS:american) to want to go to Japan? Most kids at my school think it's DUMB!! LATER! |

Thank you for your message from Germany! I've been there once and met very nice and kind peopler . I was backpacking around Europe for a few months. Long time ago though. I like Daifuku, 大福(だいふく) too. I don't think to make だいふくdifficult... try to find a recipe! if I find a good one I will let you know! Well, I will meet my students next week Wed-Fri. I will show your message to them, if there is anyone interested in Germany, I will have him/her write back to you (in this thread!). Im sure it will be more than one kid will like to write to you. If you can, can you type your message again in simple English for the kids to read and understand your message? If you can use Bold/colourful/bigger size letters, the kids will enjoy reading it more Well, have a happy weekend! |

Hey, can I do this too? I would love to hear from your students!
Here's my message: Hello, My name is Esa(エサ). I am American, and a native English speaker. I am trying to learn Japanese, but I'm not very good. Today I learned that my name means "bait" in Japanese. Is that true? haha I like to have fun. I like drawing and painting. I love Japanese food, but I don't get to eat it very often. I have always wanted to try taiyaki. It looks so cute and yummy! Hope to hear from you |

But I just know German and English. A few months ago I ate japanese candy. I do not know the name. Maybe it was Daifuku. It was so tasty!! I love this very much. I have a recipe but I can't make Daifuku on my own. Do you have any advice or idea? Have a nice weekend and a nice week! bye bye |
