Scottish male looking for new friends on MSN/E-mails male or females

i'd like to meet japanese friends the most ive always loved Japan, but i'd also like to meet ppl from all over the world i have cam and a mic and i can type(duh?) i can't speak any other languages unluckily

yes im pretty much a 100% english speaking person and i'd like to change that if any1 would be intrested in helping me? just in basic's i guess :P

As far as I know, I'm the only Scottish person on here who logs in regularly...so its nice to see another Scot here.. xD
