...and i'm new at japanese -only for 2 weeks-
i want to learn japanese and im dreaming of educating/living in japan

I am quite sure i can help you whit that i have studied Japanese by myself for 19 months, and i'm still studying i can give you tips or give you several links to good pages you can use and which anime series can help you learn japanese better, i have also started to sub some Shugo Chara Doki episodes which i think is quite easy now.

and i can also explain later on what is requierd if you really want to study in Japan

i majored in english so japanese im just learning its a very interesting language my teacher is from japan so yeh i culd help with some

Yes i'm in Norway now and yes it is somewhat cold.
