And I'd agree to that last statement. Otaku was NEVER a positive term - just like weaboo and Japanophile never was. It's usually a term to describe people with an actual obsession concerning Japan. I thought it might be that. Funny thing is, 'Otaku', 'weaboo' and 'Japanophile' all describe me. 1. I am addicted to idols, anime etc. and am going to get one of they dakimakura pillows 2. I talk about Japan so much, I'm starting to annoy my friends and 3. I love Japan so much, even the pervertedly wrong things I think are cool.

In the anime you listed, I have never watched Higurashi and Umineko yet.
Bizarre suspense, Moe, both my favorite.
But mixing both, but I feel uncomfortable.

Oh no problem, Higurashi has strong and deadly parts n_n'..........i did not watched all umineko or play it. In Umineko's anime the beginning has many deaths but for what i have read, it seems that is more suspense or mistery.
