Looking for Japanese Friends. Thinking of travelling to Japan

Would want to meet some cool Japanese people.

Me and a special someone (From the Philippines) wants to go to Japan and have fun. the problem is we don't have the money. How would that be possible. lol

We're thinking of bumming out everything.

Yes we are crazy that way, and its fun! haha.

But seriously guys, do you think we can go there anytime soon? How? any ideas?

Couldn't you save some money for few years or less, and go to Japan then?
This is just a suggestion.
