I really like the drawing, especially the coloring technique. Do you use prismacolors? My only suggestion is that the shoulders appear a little broad and squarish for female shoulders (though only slightly), but the proportions overall are very nice! Good color choices, too.

The detail in the hair is amazing.

The symmetry of her face is off by a bit... Though, I understand, the angle of her face may have made it difficult.
Other than that, I think it's pretty good. Keep it up!
