Lucid blue. -

Heres one I did a while back hope you enjoy it.
***************************************** I love it, the evening scene that hides the sun. As he will lay to sleep now. I see me, a new reflection, a new born soul, a flower bloomed into itself. What can you tell me of the past, that I have left. even though I still remember you. to the stars above, as they look below, to the child they see. A heart that pains the same, Gods stay distant from earth. Suspended in the heavens. And though these stars are bright, they still cannot see. the flames that burn inside his core. That flame forever burns inside this soul. The stars said that you are different, A blackened rose inside a field of color. So you went to wake the heart, that had been sleeping so long. Who would be the one to open the chamber door, that had held all my sorrow. all locked doors must be opened, in one way or in another. Even though this flower still must grow. To the rose in bloom, to the child at birth, it's a miracle. beginnings that are bound to end. and so shining, the life is born again. Though I need to go, now inside my soul. Deep inside my mind, the true me is crying out. And I will wake the flame, that has been ashes so long. Sighing to the falling stars, if only I could have caught them. now talking to the past I see now lost, in missing me I see a dark tunnel. I cannot go to the place where our hearts beg to call home. This place you call death. The story ends today, with another start. yet our hearts will cry, our souls will always sing. singing to the new me what will come to be? saying goodbye to all the lives that I have had. As I stare into the stars, reflected in the sea. looking through memories I had left behind. As I stare into it, I can see them. in the lucid blue, a dream, a new rebirth. |

This is probably my all time favorite poem/song. I don't think I could ever really explain why though. Suffice to say that I think this poem is absolute perfection - I wouldn't change a word of it.
"The Moon, she hangs like a cruel portrait soft winds whisper the bidding of trees as this tragedy starts with a shattered glass heart and the Midnightmare trampling of dreams But on, no tears please Fear and pain may accompany Death But it is desire that shepherds it's certainty as We shall see..." She was divinity's creature That kissed in cold mirrors A Queen of Snow Far beyond compare Lips attuned to symmetry Sought Her everywhere Dark liquored eyes An Arabian nightmare... She shone on watercolours Of my pondlife as pearl Until those who couldn't have Her Cut Her free of this World That fateful Eve when... The trees stank of sunset and camphor Their lanterns chased phantoms and threw An inquisitive glance, like the shadows they cast On my love picking rue by the light of the moon Putting reason to flight Or to death as their way They crept through woods mesmerized By the taffeta Ley Of Her hips that held sway Over all they surveyed Save a mist on the rise (A deadly blessing to hide) Her ghost in the fog They raped and left... (Five men of God) ...Her ghost in the fog Dawn discovered Her there Beneath the Cedar's stare Silk dress torn, Her raven hair Flown to gown Her beauty bared Was starred with frost, I knew Her lost I wept 'til tears crept back to prayer She'd sworn Me vows in fragrant blood "Never to part Lest jealous Heaven stole our hearts" Then this I screamed: "Come back to Me For I was born in love with thee So why should fate stand in between?!" And as I drowned Her gentle curves With dreams unsaid and final words I espied a gleam trodden to earth The Church bell tower key... The village mourned her by the by For She'd been a witch Their Men had longed to try And I broke under Christ seeking guilty signs My tortured soul on ice A Queen of snow Far beyond compare Lips attuned to symmetry Sought Her everywhere Trappistine eyes An Arabian nightmare... She was Ersulie possessed Of a milky white skin My porcelain Yin A graceful Angel of Sin And so for Her... The breeze stank of sunset and camphor My lantern chased Her phantom and blew Their Chapel ablaze and all locked in to a pain Best reserved for judgement that their bible construed... Putting reason to flight Or to flame unashamed I swept form cries Mesmerized By the taffeta Ley Or Her hips that held sway Over all those at bay Save a mist on the rise A final blessing to hide Her ghost in the fog And I embraced Where lovers rot... Her ghost in the fog Her ghost in the fog Cradle of Filth - Her Ghost in the Fog With intellectual grace A nondescript face A wolf among the sheep You'll never know Until you're in too deep I'll claim your mind A facade, I work behind Chameleon is my name Deception is my game Come, my marionettes! I have a task for you... |

Fog Angel -

So she walks,
A soundless figure masked by a morning's fog. So she dances, To the sonic boom of the thunder over head. So she cries, Tears of sorrow and of joy onto the floor of the forest. So she caresses, Like a lover as her wings stroke the long dead ground. So she fantasizes, With the melancholy of one so blessed they no not the difference in failure to excellence. So she shouts, Cries of yearning and of needing. So she loves, For all that is lost, For all that will never be, For all that she will ever wish for. here's the pic that goes along with that "If I could follow my heart again it would be yours
with every breath I would find a way to love you more" ~With You by Josh Groban "With you I have everything I have ever wanted. Simple and true. With loving eyes so beautiful." ~ With You by Josh Groban |

Cats Sleep Anywhere
Cats sleep anywhere, any table, any chair. Top of piano, window-ledge, in the middle, on the edge. Open drawer, empty shoe, anybody's lap will do. Fitted in a cardboard box, in the cupboard with your frocks. Anywhere! They don't care! Cats sleep anywhere. Eleanor Farjeon (1881 - 1965) |

Coffee Poem
Why you say what you say? I'm beautiful in the beginning and always to the very end... You look at me in amazement I do not know why you do... It wakes me up and put in its time always, it defend... You know I talk about coffee for it enlightens my day as well as yours as well told.... How beautiful can this be when you see a smile and laughter? Not a frown of dismay or sound of gloom, but you see me... Yes, I love coffee, year round it's my thing, daily 365, want to add a day or two if you could? I think it's beautiful, look into the mirror at the cafe' yonder, go verbally free... What a wonder it is to you and also to the coffee lover diehard in me!
