Talking Waltz of Honor and Vice - 07-13-2008, 07:09 PM

Hi guys,

I'm selling a new book online, in ebook form, at Lulu.com. The book has a lot is a fantasy novel, and as an aficionado of Japanese culture, I think you'll find a lot of echoes of that in the book.

Below is the promo of the book, with the link. If you like it, feel free to comment back to me, or tell friends and family about it.

Thanks!

Waltz of Honor and Vice by Askari Addison (Book) in Science Fiction & Fantasy

Love and Conflict, Pride and Hatred, Vengeance and the Hope of Redemption…
An interplay as intricate as the steps of a dance,
A Waltz of Honor and Vice

Far away in the distant future, war rages on the planet Teraa. Forces of darkness seek to snuff out all that is good in life, and replace it with a vile reign of tyranny. War brews on a scale that threatens to destroy the very foundations of the planet, as competing coalitions of nations and empires call forth their people to prepare for the oncoming war.

Into this balance lies a lone woman, in the midst of a great plain, the field of an ancient battle between two Powers, mortal beings with strength sufficient to alter the very landscape of the planet; to kill and pillage, or to protect and nourish.

Far to the southeast, a family of warriors seeks to move their nation forward in a time of great change. They are aligned to a most unlikely ally, and only time will tell whether alliances of blood will prove greater than alliances of honor.

To the far north, in the lands of Belan, the greatest military might on the planet enriches itself, preparing to end the ancient war that has outlasted millennia of alliances, hatred, and malice, to the point where it is nigh inbred. Their ancient foes now appear weak and naïve, and the time for the final strike is at hand.

When the dance of death begins, joy and sorrow contend with one another, like a tale of yore. Vengeance or redemption, life or death, an arrangement intricate and precise, but teetering on the edge of collapse.

Into the waltz of honor and vice, none may enter and leave unscathed. As the last breath of a fallen ruler passes into the wind, The Relics War begins. Only time will tell whether there will be any who survive, to be recalled as victors, as the heroes from times past were acclaimed, or whether all will be lost.
