I felt a finger tap my shoulder. I didn't want to turn around. I could tell it was Ichirin. I lowered by hood even more.

I kept holding my drink with my left hand. I turned around to face him but I kept my head low. Did he know it was me who wrecked the plaza in Disan? Will he make a scene in front of all these people. I pray that he doesn't.

I look at him. "can I help you?" I say with a smile.

His voice sounded familiar, but it seemed like he was hiding himself from me.

'Arrigato' i said to him.

I turned around and walked towards the door, he looked at Nozomi, who was still eating and walked out the door. It was night and it was raining, i stood there for a couple of seconds in the rain, my clothes were getting all soaked and my hair was loosing it's volume. I bowed my head, and walked towards the city-gates.

'It is time for me to leave' i said.

I run out the front door after Ichirin. I pull off my hood. The sky is dark and the rain is pouring and the dirt roads are now mud. The rain gets in my eye and my vision becomes blurred. All I can see is the white of Ichirin's clothes. He doesn't stop walking when he hears my steps approach.

I stop behind him and say his name waiting for him to respond...

I stopped, the man was standing behind me, he was a bit tired, i could tell by his pace and his way of breathing. I tried to grab something in my cloak, finally i found it, it was a black blindfold, I rapped the blindfold around my eyes. The red of my eyes became the Black of the blindfold.

'Hi' i said to the man who just said my name.

It was a moment of peace, the rain was making us both soaking wet. I stroaked my hand between my hair. Some raindrups fell behind me, infront of the person.

I started walking again, into the darkness. All he could see was the white of my clothes. When i was a bit further away from him, i pulled my cloak of my body, all that was left was my black outfit beneath it with two white flowers where my wings were supposed to come out. I was forgotten in the darkness you might call it.

My green tunic is getting wet now. Ichirin has left Disan. I look back at the open gates. I think of Nozomi. She is a ninja. She'll follow us when she finishes her food. I feel bad leaving her there but I need Ichirin.

"Ichirin! It's me hold up!" I quicken my pace to reach his side. My clothes are completely wet and sticking to my body. The silk of my pants feel very uncomfortable. Sora is clinking at my waist.

I heard the man running behind me. He was continiously calling my name, bit annoying really. When he reached me he was breathless, his heartbeat told him to hold on and stop for a minute. Though he didn't answered his heart's call, I did. I stopped when he finally reached me, at first he ran past me for a bit. He turned around towards me, I was holding my head up..towards the black rainy sky. I closed my eyes and said:

'Hi...Tatsu.'

I stand by Ichirin's side. I look at his blindfold. I don't recall him wearing it at the inn.

'It is time' i answered his ridiculous question.'...it is time that Aions will rule the sky again and not Dragons.'

A tear flowed underneath my blindfold. When it reached the tip of my lips, it fell down...on the hard bottom.

'Tatsu, may i ask you a question ?' i asked Tatsu.

'Why does rain fall down ?'

I close my single eye and smile.

"I have wondered about that myself.....I believe that the rain falls because the heaven's are sad. Our loved ones ask us why we let dragons continue to live....

We cannot answer them so the sky is ripped open. Everything turns to darkness and the Heaven's weep. All the while dragon's laugh in their twisted humor. The breath fire on the earth turning it to nothingness... the rain cools the earth. But when it dies, the earth is still charred and dead. The rain does not offer salvation. We need to bring salvation by killing the Mother of all Dragons: The Silver Dragon. And slay Aiesha. the Dragon's creator.

Join with me Ichirin...join with me and we'll slay the dragons....

As I say this lightning strikes in the distance, illuminating our soaken bodies.

I am actually the last Aion alive, my father was an Aion and my mother was human. I continue to follow Ichirin and think to myself Rain falls because theres no other thing to it? That can't be true, my sister always said that it rains because my parents weep because I let dragons live. My whole life I have believed this. My father was elf and my mother was human and part angel as well. But because I believed too intensely that I was the reason that my parents are dead and that dragons killed them all my natural elf powers have left me. And I need artifacts now to cast spells.

I follow Ichirin into the Darkness and the Rain. Why hasn't he listened to me? I look back...We are starting to ascend a hill. Disan is starting to fade. What is Nozomi doing? Doesn't she know that we are gone?

More lightning strikes. I stay behind Ichirin. I don't let him leave my sight.
