Yeah, compiz is pretty neat ^ although I don't use it because it conflicts with HD movies.

It's actually fedora 12, but you can't really tell them apart. Gnome is gnome.

does the info box come embedded in the desktop environment in f12, or is that a widget?
i have lm-sensors configured... not sure if you used that or not

i run ubuntu 9.04 / nubuntu 8.12 and as soon as i get my disk back im going to triboot w/ Rose linux 2009, so i don't know that much about fedora

It doesn't come with it but I always install it, it's conky.

I'm just used to fedora, it's what I've used for a while now. Some say it's too buggy but I can usually manage.

Nice to see some fellow linux users around. I'm using ubuntu 9.04, too lazy to upgrade to 9.10, gonna wait for the next release to do that.
