Some good 3d landscape CG applications? - 12-09-2009, 07:43 PM

Basically, I'm a fan of fantasy landscapes that are created by 3d studios. And I'd love to learn how to make it myself, so I could let my imagination roam wild.

However, I'm terrible at drawing. Is there a way to design landscapes in 3d or CG, without drawing it first? If so, how would I go about it?

You could try DAZ studio and Poser 7. Poser 7 has a website where you can download 3D content like landscapes clothes, models, etc. the website is Content paradise, just google it. but the website for the creators of DAZ has a list of other software , one of them being fantasy landscapes
