I can tell most Japanese women apart. I can tell Asian women apart easier than men! Koreans I can just about tell. Chinese and Japanese is where it gets hard,and Thai and a lot of people that look similar. I do quizzes to tell them apart thinking I might not be too bad and I always am terrible at it!

Everyone thinks other races look the same though. White people,black people and Latinos all look the same to them. Black people,Latinos and Asians all look the same to us. Latinos,Asians and white people all look the same to black people. I could go on.

True wasabi is related to horseradish, but more refined in flavor. What most westerners have tasted that is called wasabi is actually horseradish with a bit of green food coloring.

Yes, it is very strong..... hot, aromatic and pungent. Do not try to eat it as the Frenchman in the movie does, until you have tried it diluted with soy sauce. It eat small amounts of it without diluting it, as he did..... but VERY small tastes. It is almost guaranteed to make your eyes water, even if hot peppers don't.
