 i want to make a website, where people can get free layouts, Avatars ect.... (without paying!) but i need help, is someone interested??^^....(i can make layouts ect.)   [accepting requests] Japanese-German brother ♥ Narutocrazy101

Well. If I were you I would start out by reading about it on the internet. Lots of sites about HTML and CSS are to be found around cs if you really try. :3
