As Lizzy leaned forward to whisper something, I was caught off guard and lurched back. She laughed at me. "What, do I have coodies?" I blushed. Why was I acting so stupid. Over and over again I had made a childish idiot of myself. I was sick of it. Even though we were the same hieght and nearly the same age, I was afraid Lizzy saw me as a child, and I would not have it.
"No, you just caught me off guard. So what did you want to say?"
Lizzy said something to me, somewhere along the lines of "the problem just got here", but I didn't need her to tell me that for me to realize it; There was another vampire in the room. Come to think of it, there were two others. One was a girl from the table in the back, pale with interesting eyes, she had been staring at me strangely, as if drinking underage were so very strange in a place like this. Another just walked through the door, and soon he was heading our way. I put my hand on my dagger and smiled: If there was one thing I was confident about, it was my close combat skills.

My body tensed up and small chills ran through my spine at the presence of another vampire. An Edwards.

I immediately noticed that the boy had seized his dagger as the Edwards was heading his way and I couldn’t help but to notice the small smirk on the boy’s face. What was he going to do? I turned to the girl, she was rather tense with a small scowl in her face but I noted she was nervous. I needed a strategy in case something happened – which I knew it would – but I didn’t have any bullets…all I had were my hands. I smirked, like that was going to stop me. The Edwards stood in front of their table.

One I counted.

The girl stiffened. The Edwards guy seemed to be speaking.

Two

The boy glared.

Three

The boy jumped on Edwards, sending each other to the tables, wrecking them. The people left screaming. I stood up, dropping my jacket on the chair, ready to join yet another fight.

*Hopefully someone knows how to write multiple battles .lol.*

As I threw the edward to the ground, I gave a quick glance to my side, and the girl at the far end had gotten up, and Lizzy hesitated for a second. The Edward drew his gun and aimed it over my shoulder hat lizzy. The fool was underestimating me. Before he could shoot the gun, My dagger had dug through its side and caught the bullet in its side. I may have damaged my dagger, but it was a small price to pay. I gave him a smirk, as he lifted his fist to my face.

But it did not connect.

The girl at the far end grabbed him before he could. Lizzy, who had gotten up, was starring at the Edward, gun now drawn, aimed at his face. The vampiric basterd tried to make a movement, so I stabbed him in the gut. With a blade coated with silver, I doubt he would be feeling too well for a while. But still, he spun overhead, removing the dagger and jabbing it into a table before jetting out the door, he knew we would follow. All three of us, silently agreeing to a truths, rushed out the door. I turned to the girl next to me, still running. "Hello," I said. "I'm Arcaida, this is Lizzy. And you are...?"

** *giggles* i love fight scenes!!! (look at my past stories that i've written in *winks* ok here we go!!**

"My name's Lynn. Lynn Lennon."
"Well what a strange thing, me too!" I was kinda happy to know that there was at least someone else on my side that I knew of for sure. Arcaida still never told me what family he was from, but I had a feeling that whatever family he was from, he hated the Edwards just as much as the Lennons.

"OK girls, stop talking nad keep running. He's going to get father away if we don't follow him!" It was then that I realized that Lynn and I had stopped running and Arcaida was at least 20 feet in front of us.
"Hey, sorry if we're long lost family getting back together ok?" I laughed at him. He was so caring but sometimes totally arrogant. Lynn and I picked up the pace and was back in step with him in no time.

"His sent is getting weaker. Some other sents are getting mixed in. This could be bad Lizzy. I think we should stop running."
"And let him get away? Are you serious Arcaida?" I looked over at him. He was scared. I guess he was never in THIS part of town before. No vampire in their right mind would, but yet, I loved to come ehre just despite that.

"Ok.. I guess you're right. But if someone gets hurt, you're fault not mine ok?"
"Fine. Can we got back to your place now?"
"Sure. Hey Lynn, you wanna come to? So we can finally talk about the family and so you can fill me in on what I've missed?"
"Yea I guess. Got nothing better to do. Damn Edwards got away again." The sound of disappointment flooded her voice.
"You've been chasing Christopher too?"
"That one has a name?"
"Yea sorry to say but they all do."
"And how do you know his name?"
"Bad history together. Long story." So we turned back around and started back to my house. Should I tell them what I know about the Edwards or no? I let the tought slip through my mind as we walked back to my house and saw him standing there.
