I think that the logical implications of what you have described pretty much prereqs that you believe in god, what's more it requires you to acknowledge a vengeful god or even at least one that uses morse code to deliver eternal punishment, maybe one that does that just some of the time anyway. However, there would have to be some sort of divine logic that would explain him trying to punish you for being single. This leads me to believe that you broke up with her and for a stupid reason, something childish or insignificant otherwise. Because if you broke up with them for something valid, god would have no reason to punish you, or atleast the logical thread leads into. God would also probably not punish you unless you brought something good for her to the table, maybe a stable and healthy sanity, or emotional support that she desperately needed. Or maybe your (assumedly) good morals could have changed her darker side, who knows but if you were able to help her and you choose not to out of w/e reason then I think your guilt is more responsible for your visions of gorging faceless couples. I believe in god but I don't think he would punish you either way. Maybe give you a parking ticket but not make it so close to home.

Actually She broke up with me and many of my friends say that our relationship was out of pity. That she dated me only because I liked her for so long and she was happened to be availiable. Even people that she hung out with said that she wasn't planning on keeping our relationship intact.

Oh, in that case.
Give it time, I know it sounds so ghey and lame and stupid. But just keep yourself available, do stuff with your buddies. Go to the library or a Hospital or your church. Be active and see how cold the water is. Someone will catch your eye. If your still attracted to your X. Then wait a little while. Don't go out with someone while thinking about her, it's not nice. |

I can imagine that ur only noticing all the couples now because you're single. The couples were there before, you just never noticed.
