this is something full of complictations....which you can probably work out for yourself...usually....you need to be descreet...but make sure you dont do that by acting like a prick towards the girl..
but its easily possible.....ive been with several girls at the same company....

and keeping things secret can add a bit of excitement...secret notes etc :P

Well my tactic is the following:
If I wanna know something (X) I joke about that, like... she does/likes Y. If she says no then I know it's option X. If she agrees than it's Y. And even if she does not answer I just simply look in her eyes and tell her straight like: Nah for real. Do you/Are you.......

Well that's me though.
