It's not about your body, it's about your clothes and then your personality.

Pick either an Abercrombie, Echo/Fubu, or almost formal style of clothing (suit/tie). If you're an american and you want to meet japanese girls in Japan, wear popular american brand outfits.

Then once you have matching outfits, go out and wait for a girl to stare at you. If you make eye contact with them for more than a few seconds and they don't look away in disgust or something, you're invited to say hi.

My opener is normally.... kore wa watashi no seki da yo... (that's my seat, only works if they're in a seat, duh) and they'll normally be very flirty and interested in who I am and why I think it's my seat.
