How to woo (respectfully) a Japanese woman?
Context: A European man (30-40 years) in Japan. How to woo (respectfully) a Japanese woman? What kind of mistakes should be avoided? What kind of compliment are they sensible to? What kind of humour makes them laugh? What are the values of a man (European) that affects them in particular? Married Japanese, do they wear an alliance (finger ring)? Otherwise, what sign helps to distinguish them? Thanks and regards. |

Step one;
Assume that every woman, regardless of race and nationality, is a separate individual with distinct preferences and tastes. Until you manage to get past that, you`ll get nowhere. Seriously, there are WAY too many people who makes threads like this - with broad generalizations. Can you give foolproof advice for "wooing" a woman of your country? I somehow doubt it. |

I get the feeling the original poster isn`t looking for marriage. Otherwise, he`d be more willing to get to know the person and their background rather than wanting a way to tell married from unmarried at first glance...
