This is for Japanese Americans, though. I'm not too sure about dating someone from a different culture. It would be a good cultural exchange, but I don't know if it would work out because of different views on what it means to be in a relationship.
You find that with anyone you date. My last job I was around alot of females and they were all, and I do mean ALL of them, talking about having 5+ b/f. I asked them how they can be unfaithful to someone they supposedly cared for. They acted like I was an alien or something suggesting they be faithful to one person. I personally consider it cheating if you do something with someone and do not want to tell the person you are dating because they will get upset. If it is something you do not want them to know about then you are cheating.

I don't really think it matters what my boyfriend would be... As long as he's a good guy, that's all that matters!!

As long as he doesn't look like this... I'm good:

You know the biggest question I've always had about Girls in Japan is who pays for their maintenance? Is it expected that the boyfriend does this, or does she work and pay for most of her things on her own?

This is a question I'd really like to have an answer to X_X

They probably don't stay in the kitchen.

Just to answer the question.

I wouldn't mind a Japanese girlfriend. But I'm not picky about it. The only thing I would find difficult, is how they like to keep affection secret, and don't even like to, for example, hold hands in public. Simple, trivial stuff like that is needed really. For me.

That's weird. All the women I knew from Japan liked to hold hands in public. Is it possible they are not all of the same mind?
