Oh, yeah...160 miles is nothing. Wish that was the case with me and ... but ours is more like 300 miles...still not as long as 5000+ miles, but...it is difficult, but managaeble (once school's out). If you really care, it won't matter, just like Suki-san said. =)

160 Miles away? Near Fresno? o.O;
-- Anyways, actually, Long Distance can work, if you work on them :/ Sure it's hard, but think of the Army Wives/Husbands, or the people who are married to missionaries or Peace Corps, or big businessmen or musicians? They have to face long distance too sometimes. But I do agree you might want to get to know him. but if you really like him? Go for it. |

actually it shows that army divorce rate has gone up...lol
and 160 miles is some shit...i mean seriously, if you think about a normal relationship, the peopel can actually see each other within under an hour (usually), of course the unusual things do happen, but most relationships LAST because they're close...now 160 isn't much, and if you speed at about 80 miles per hour you'll cut an hour, but the fact that you CAN'T see him, almost whenever you want to (i mean if you guys always stayed in one place and one of you traveled and had to go back) then thats 4 hrs. Thats more than half the hrs. a normal kid stays at school (normal kid being the one who leaves right when the bell rings, not the one who has extracurriculars) which is about 6. Okay now then a person could say that you make a day of it, but you sleep 8 hrs. then 4 hrs. which is 12 hrs. which leaves you with only HALF a day. Now some people might think thats a long time, but 12 hrs. isn't that long. you should sleep 8 right, and darkness comes and goes within eight, so 12 would be an even greater difference. But hey go for the adventure, ne.... -God good night... |

awh sis *hugs* even if I'm not the one you're trying to cheer up, I must say that that wouldn't cheer me up, I feel really sad for you now *hugs more* [btw, I'd like to talk to you about some things, you know, sisterly talk lol] and as for aishiteru13, like everyone else, I say you get to know him more before you say that you may like him. :] |

on the topic of long distance relationships im currently in one with one of my best friends in Pennslyvania, and i live in Ohio. we have known each other for years and were happy together even though we cant be with each other as much as we wish we could be. it just depends on how open you are with the whole relationship, and if you have enough trust to know and believe them when they say stuff

so i'm really confused by...that one reply...something about hours and math.
hahahahahaha i'm a firm believer in if you want it so bad you can make it happen in all situations. but I also do believe that long distance woks only what, like 1% of the time? according to what you guys have said. and i don't know if i want to "do this", for lack of a better term but then again i've only known him for a few weeks...... this existance i need to have fun!!! my heart....<3 |
