By request, we've added more avatars. Once you get to 25 posts, you can upload your own avatar. Before then, you can pick any of the ones from the Japan Forum avatar groups.

I got more than 25 posts but still it won't let me upload any other avatar.

Try re-logging into JF. Your new user title should be "JF Regular", and then you'll be able to customize your avatar and stuff!

I have already tried that but it won't work.

Never mind, I gotta go now so I'll try again tomorrow.
