I think it's a great idea
We could have scheduled shows with a number of member dj's on each show to keep the show going instead of one dj through skype and i heard shoutcast has free radio servers to use. ^^ Open up people to Jrock, Jpop, Enka, J-hiphop etc. just a suggestion! "I'm sorry, but i must have given you the impression that I actually care about your opinions"
